You are:

A Scrum Master have the right mix of program management, process workflows, services knowledge, process improvement, project management, and personal interaction skills to drive consistent progress. You collaborate with cross-functional teams, demonstrate strong leadership abilities and have the desire to be part of a fast-growing startup company where youll have the opportunity guide the development of our portfolio of products.

The work:

Effectively and efficiently manage the development sprints from planning to execution to review in an agile development environment.

+ Run daily scrums

+ Manage the product backlog

+ Collaborate on requirement documentation

+ Manage support tickets

+ Unblock barriers to keep the team moving

Here is what you need:

+ Minimum 3-5 years of project
management experience

+ Knowledge of agile methodology
and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc

+ Strong understanding of SDLC
and Agile procedures to predict the development teams need

+ BA/BS degree or equivalent work

Bonus points if you have:

+ Understanding of .NET development
stack is desirable

+ Passionate commitment to
delivering products on time

+ Comfortable with presenting
project readouts to Executive level audience

+ Ability to understand and
represent both the business and technology

+ Excellent communicator in
person, over the phone and through email

+ Self-motivated, organized

+ Masters in engineering or
Computer Science
