You Are:



Accenture Federal Services is seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Architect with expertise in evaluation, design, security, and improvement of technology solutions to support and advance business processes, goals, and strategic objectives.



Here Is What You Need:





+ Bachelors Degree or 5 years of equivalent industry experience



+ Experience designing or writing robust software for enterprise applications in a fast-changing environment with rapid release cycles



+ Experience overseeing a technical team



+ Expertise in mainstream development frameworks



+ Expertise with mainstream development and deployment tool chains



+ Expertise in database design and use in software applications

























Bonus Points If:





+ Advanced Degree



+ 10+ years of industry experience



+ Experience with open source practices



+ Expertise in web architecture and key technologies (JAVA, NODE JS, REACT JS, AWS, REDSHIFT, APIS)



+ Expertise in test driven development and broader testing and QA concerns



+ Leadership experience of projects working in software development lifecycle processes, including agile



+ Expertise in choosing and applying design patterns



+ Effective leadership and collaboration inside and beyond the team with the ability to influence diverse and senior stakeholders effectively



+ Takes responsibility for driving products and systems to success



+ Recruitment, management, and mentoring experience



+ Familiarity with DHIS2 or other open-source Health Information Systems



+ Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, or Microstrategy)



+ Experience working with International NGOs or in the public health sector



+ Machine learning experience; identifying problems and selecting algorithms



+ Experience in industry forums, interest groups, or blogging, and other broader industry engagement

The Sr. EA will lead the overall development, and facilitate the adoption, of architectural patterns, common services, and models within the program. The position will introduce enabling security and technologies that advance programmatic needs, work with program leaders to incorporate program objectives, goals, and processes into the architecture, and maintain consistency of technology across the program. The Sr. EA coordinates the advancement of efforts to investigate, prototype, or evaluate emerging technologies for inclusion in the architecture.







The Work:





+ Will work closely with clients and development teams for a high-profile, multi-agency U.S. Government international public health program
