You are:
A Cyber Security professional and enthusiast, who is seeking opportunities to evolve his/her craft by understanding latest cyber threats and help clients identify intrusion in their respective environments. In order to effectively do this, you leverage cutting edge Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) data analytics, as well as network/endpoint detection and response technologies for investigating any malicious activity in customers on-prem and cloud environments.
The Work:
As the SOC Tier 3 Analyst Lead, you will be responsible for the following:- Supervise and Manage a small team of Cyber Security Analysts within the SOC in support of the Government Customer- Capture cyber security metrics in direct support to executive level briefings daily, weekly, monthly- Ensure accountability and punctuality of security analysts assigned to your shift- Guide and mentor peers and subordinates to provide cross training- Manage and conduct hands on technical detection, analysis, containme
Heres what you need:
+ 4 years of SOC Experience and a Degree or 7 years of experience in lieu of a Degree
+ Experience leading Security Incident Investigations through remediation and final reporting
+ Experience leading small to medium sized teams and workstreams
+ Experience supporting Customers and providing reports
+ Experience tuning SIEM such as Splunk, ELK or any other comparable tools
Bonus points if you have:
+ Hands on experience integrating, deploying, and configuring security tools
+ One or more of the following certifications:
+ Networking (Cisco, Palo Alto, Juniper)
+ Security Tools (Splunk, Carbon Black, Cylance, McAfee, Tenable, FireEye, CrowdStrike, ELK)
+ SAN/GIAC (GCIH, GCIH, GREM, GCED, GCDA)
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. California: $105,200 168,400
Colorado: $105,200 - $145,500
New York City: $121,700 - $168,400
Washington: $112,100 $154,900
