Accenture Federal Services is looking for a Systems Administrator to help provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.




Responsibilities include:

+ Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems

+ Manage the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems

+ Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems

+ Provide assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems

+ Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.

+ Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems








Here's what you need:

+ Three (3) years of experience as a Systems Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required

+ Bachelors degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required OR Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role


California: $90,700 - $147,100


Colorado: $90,700 - $127,100


New York City: $105,000 - $147,100


Washington: $96,600 - $135,200
