The Test Automation Developer will be responsible for owning functionalities within the system as a Subject Matter Expert. The test automation developer will also develop new functionality using UFT and VB Script to accommodate untouched areas of the current automation capability and will assist other automation analysts with automation testing. In addition, the automation developer will update or create documentation on changes to a functionality in which they are the owner and work with the business and IT client to ensure all changes are documented correctly. The automation developer will be involved in the following areas of the software development lifecycle including development, design/documentation, and test.





Basic Qualifications:



+ 2+ years of HP UFT, Unix, XML, API, professional work, and VB script experience


+ Must have an IT related degree or relevant IT certifications



Preferred Qualifications:




+ Good communication and organizational skills


+ Experience with QTP, IBM RFT, Jenkins, SVN, Git, CI/CD, LeanFT, and/or Selenium, experience writing tests, experience using agile methodologies


An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
