This role is shared resource across three areas total rewards, resource forecasting and decision support.

Total Reward responsibilities will include:

+ The Total Rewards Specialist supports the annual rewards processes, maintains compensation rules, monitors program assignments and participates in ad-hoc projects, as required, to contribute to the overall delivery of this function

+ They will help develop and apply guidelines, frameworks, toolkits and methodologies (contributing requirements, ideas and resources) within Total Rewards, that align with the business strategy and vision of HR. They will support rewards activities throughout the annual compensation process, review and analyze market data and provide key findings and insights, manage pay programs, and ad hoc requests. They also will work with the tools and controls that support rewards, including compensation administration and market intelligence understanding them and providing inputs and insights into process improvements

+ Additionally, the person that fills this role will work extensively in Workday, where these rules will be configured, to monitor that plans are appropriately assigned to individuals and work with the local total rewards teams to resolve discrepancies.

Forecasting responsibilities may include:

+ Assist in executing all resource demand and supply forecasting activities. Resource forecasting and planning (RF&P) is the critical set of processes that drive comprehensive demand and supply forecasts to direct both the volume and types of talent needed to achieve business results. Working with Talent Supply Chain teams, FP&A, other HR, Finance, and Business Leaders, forecasters develop help develop well informed, accurate and actionable forecasts. The role will be responsible for participating in all aspects of forecasting from modeling to engaging in discussions with leadership

+ Designing and executing strategic HR programs and projects to ensure proper categorization of labor and capture of related data in Accenture Federal Services (AFS) systems; as well as act as a SME supporting other teams when it comes to the labor categorization model and long-term forecasting.

Reporting & Analytics responsibilities may include:

+ Design, track, report and analyze key organizational and operational metrics

+ Coordinate across internal teams to provide metrics

+ Analyze designated performance measures and conduct root cause analysis as needed

+ Ensure standard reports meet business needs while reducing custom requests.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Provide analytics support to the Total Reward Design Partner team across a broad spectrum of rewards projects

+ Able to comfortably work with large volumes of data, ability to run formulas to manipulate data

+ Able to pull key trends from large data sets

+ Able to assist with storyboarding so that we can take data trends and present back to Leadership

Basic Qualifications:

+ 3 years of HR experience

+ Strong understanding of Excel, including use of formulas and macros

Additional Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

+ Total Rewards/Compensation experience to include experience administering base pay, bonus programs, and external market data

+ Experience with Workday Core Compensation

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
