Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Training and Business Process Development Specialist to ensure customer engagement with the new Human Resource system upgrade being deployed which will change the way they customers currently do business. Examples to meet this objective include:



+ Ability to analyze and define 'As Is' processes, map them to 'To Be' processes and define the gaps and differences for training purposes


+ Create presentations to support customer outreach related to the development and deployment of the HR System upgrade


+ Develop training materials such as reference guides, FAQs, training content, camtasia videos, etc. for HR System upgrade


+ Define and communicate changes and upgrades of the development tools using multiple channels such as newsletters, conferences, presentations, marketing collateral, etc.


+ Develop and deliver tailored messages throughout the organization from senior leadership to staff members by preparing presentations and conducting meetings






Minimum Qualifications:




+ Experience working with software development teams


+ Experience with camtasia or other video technology



Preferred Qualifications:


+ Excellent communication and writing skills


+ Strong collaboration skills and desire to work within a team


+ Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong work ethic


+ Detail oriented


+ Ability to adapt easily to new working environment


+ Detail oriented


+ Experience working with software development teams


+ Ability to adapt easily to new working environment


+ Experience with camtasia or other video technology



An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
