The Training Developer on the Cyber Training Team will:

+ Support key stakeholder relationships and develop the Cyber Training materials focused on key executives within the organization.

+ Design and evolve training materials based on existing content - with key focus on Authorizing Officials training

+ Create training materials to support the Cybersecurity Awareness & Training annual plan, in alignment with departmental guidance

+ Support quarterly cyber awareness events

+ Coordinate and design activities in support of annual NCSAM Cyber Month (October)

+ Create and manage job aids and standard operating procedures for end users

+ Update training based on provided feedback and requested changes









Basic Skills & Qualifications:



+ 3+ years of Training Curriculum Development or Communications Development


+ Experience working with all levels of professionals including Executive level, this position will require significant client facing expertise


+ Must be able to travel between customer locations



Preferred:



+ Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent




An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
