Role:


Join a team of multi-disciplinary management and technology consultants.

Documenting current state and future processes.Documenting how travel data flows to and from the customer. Liaise with external government and commercial partners to understand travel process best practices and data requirements. Provide recommendations to apply technology solutions to customer process challenges.


Use your proven ability to work independently and as a team member, excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, and good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.



Activities may include:






+ Daily interaction with client



+ Prepare and deliver senior level briefings



+ Generate current state and future state process documents



+ Assemble decision/recommendation briefs and



+ Liaise with other client teams to coordinate use of data



+ Generate and update PowerPoint presentations





Basic Skills & Qualifications:




+ 4 years of experience in business architecture design implementation, change management efforts, business support, analysis or business process redesign. Should be able to apply skills and experience in systems development, detailed knowledge of business processes, technical background and supervisory skills to implement business solutions.



+ Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree or 3 years related experience.



+ Proficient or advanced MS Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PPT



+ US Citizenship required; dual citizens not eligible



+ Daily/weekly local travel required within the DC/VA area



Preferred Skills & Qualifications:



+ ServiceNow Administrator/Developer training and/or certification



+ Lean Six Sigma training and/or certification



+ Experience consulting on applying technology solutions to customer business process



+ Experience working with Government Travel processes


+ Experienced in foreign travel for government business






An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
