The Program Specialist will be responsible for supporting the effort to complete a strategic assessment of client's global program and policy requirements, consolidating and clearly defining policies for the Program, developing a business process to manage policy changes, and developing a recommendation(s) for tool/application which can be used to manage the policy process. The Specialist will also be responsible for drafting and updating client's SOPs in support of the rollout of a new application.





Basic Skills & Qualifications:




+ 2 years experience within the US Refugee Admissions Program



+ 2 years experience working for a Global Non-Profit/NGO organization supporting the US Refugee Admissions Program



+ Experience/Familiarity with US Refugee Policy requirements



Preferred Skills & Qualifications:




+ Experience working within Agile Scrum Methodology



+ Experience with Business Process Reengineering



+ Experience drafting Policy/SOPs







An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
