Client facing role expected to develop functional expertise and participate in various aspects of the software development life cycle (SDLC) for the application delivery and maintenance of multiple systems. Work directly with clients to gather, refine and prioritize requirements using various JIRA features and act as the liaison between business and development teams to architect solutions and build a mutual understanding between critical processes, applications, and technical requirements. Conducts market research to leverage newest technologies and best practices to design/wireframe strategic solutions to solve the clients problems. Support post-deployment efforts through change management activities including communications and training.

Basic Qualifications

+ 1 year of UX/UI Design experience (i.e. wireframing within PowerPoint, Axure, Balsamiq, Adobe, etc.)

+ 1 year of managing a Project and/or Product to include requirements and analysis

+ 2 years of client relationship building and/or client facing experience

Additional Preferred Skills and Qualifications

+ Video creation (Powtoon, VideoScribe, Camtasia, Biteable, other tools)

+ Data analytics (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)

+ Experience practicing JIRA/Confluence and other Agile Methodology

This role requires U.S. Citizenship

An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
