In this position, you would be working within Accenture Products and Platforms (APP). APP operates a portfolio of product-mindset business units inside Accenture each with a shared mission to codify industry and functional knowledge into valuable and differentiated software assets for sale to Accenture clients or as market-facing products in clients own offerings. APP teams overlay Pragmatic frameworks and Agile methodologies to create value and deliver excellence every day. Job Description





DFT Engineer professionals advise upon, design, develop and/or deliver technology solutions that support best practice business changes:





+ Work with the Silicon teams to document the DFT specifications and define the requirements


+ Develop and implement DFT architecture and infrastructure


+ Develop and drive execution of enhanced DFX (DFT/Design-For-Debug) methodologies, with increased focus on debug support


+ Work with the DV team to verify DFT implementations


+ Generate structural test vectors, analyze and improve coverage/test time/test cost


+ Work with designers on STA, physical, power and logical issues impacting DFT


+ Work with test engineers to bring up test vectors on silicon


+ Work with lab bring-up teams to bring up test vectors in the lab environment


+ Manage schedules and support internal and external cross-functional/cross-organizational engineering efforts








A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:



+ Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.


+ Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.


+ Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems.


+ Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.


+ Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance.


+ Decisions often impact the team in which they reside.


+ Manages small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.






Basic Qualifications:






+ Minimum of 4 - 7 years of DFT experience:


+ Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering



+ Industrial standards and practices in DFT, including ATPG, JTAG, MBIST and trade-offs between test quality and test time


+ Developing DFT specifications


+ Industry standard DFT and design tools


+ Debugging ATPG/MBIST patterns


+ STA constraints and their interaction with DFT
