Role Responsibilities



The Fixed Assets Associate provides technical quality support of fixed
assets processes. The Associate oversees
and provides guidance with the following review elements: Assets Tags, Internal
Orders, WBS Elements, eCAR System Accounting Recs., Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly
Accounting Integrity Reports.
Furthermore, the Associate provides database maintenance and provision
of weekly updates to management.
Additionally the Associate demonstrates financial report interpretation
and understanding of financial theories strategies. The Associate also conducts thorough and
timely reviews of new daily production and provides performance metrics to
support necessary process improvements.
In addition, the Associate works with the Team Lead to conduct and drive
effective problem solving.




**Overtime may be required (may include weekends or holidays)




Qualifications:


Basic Qualifications




+ US Citizenship required

+ HS Diploma/GED

+ Minimum 1 year general accounting experience

+ Minimum 6 months fixed assets experience




Professional Skill Requirements




+ Highly effective teamplayer

+ Self-motivated, highenergy individual with strong decision making skills

+ Excellent leadership,communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
