+ Java Sr Developer and Front-end dev lead working in a Scaled Agile environment are expected to work directly with key stakeholders to understand the business requirements and design deliver complex solutions. They are responsible for utilizing best practices in order to ensure high quality software solutions. Involved and executed projects right from planning, design, development testing mainly on Java full stack using Agile methodologies.


+ An effective communicator with strong relationship management skills with the capability to relate to people at any level of business and management possess excellent analytical and negotiation skills.


+ Driving lot of code reviews and structured application walkthroughs


+ Rapid Design Implementation of Complex Solutions


+ Provide feedback in code reviews for improvements


+ High Energy Collaborative working style


+ Ability to pick up new technologies quickly


+ Bring improvement ideas to the team and be capable of driving the execution implementation


+ Leads and oversees project end to end execution with skills of Microservices, Angular or React with Agile methodologies.





Basic Qualifications:



+ Minimum 10 years of enterprise Java experience


+ Minimum 10 years of full life cycle development experience of web based or windows applications, experience in applications of scrum, waterfall, and agile methodologies; Spring Framework 3.2 or higher


+ Minimum 3 years in managing complete project management activities, ensuring timely deliveries as per defined quality standards implemented project plans, risk assessments and contingency plans; excellent track record of delivering support to large clients with top line bottom line revenue accountability.


+ Associate Degree





Preferred Qualifications:



+ Java 7 or higher


+ Spring 4.x or higher is a nice to have


+ Spring packages used Core Web WebMVC JDBC Transaction Management JMS AOP


+ SQL Oracle


+ Web Services REST SOAP


+ XML and JSON binding libraries jaxb, Jackson, gson, etc


+ Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS. Solid on CSS3 HTML5 JavaScript


+ Angular and React.js is plus


+ A solid understanding of Front-end design patterns and principals Responsive Web Design, MVC, BEM, OOCSS, Event Delegation, Modules, Singletons, Prototypes, Mixins, Publish Subscribe, XHR, Server side vs client side, etc.


+ A solid understanding of AJAX and how to fetch data from a service endpoint that can be used to render dynamic web content


+ Highly skilled in identifying the problem statement working on the desired solution with best possible options
