critical part of our Accounting and Finance organization is the Corporate
Development & Transaction Services (CDTS) team, which consists of more
than 500 Accounting and Finance professionals worldwide and reports directly to
the Accenture CFO. The CDTS team works closely with our sales, solutions and
legal teams to help shape complex consulting and outsourcing deals. The team also works on developing go-to-market
business cases with Accenture ecosystem alliance partners. Typical
deal structures incorporate innovative financial solutions and sophisticated
pricing and risk management concepts to address client business needs. CDTS
professionals act as independent business advisors to the sales team as these
deal structures are being developed and are accountable for the financial
quality of bids.

Development & Transaction Services Analyst - provides
analytical support for outsourcing and consulting arrangements. Creates
financial models and reports to support the pricing approach and the client
value proposition. Uses accounting principles to prepare income statements,
balance sheets and cash flows in compliance with US GAAP, Accenture Policy and
Commercial Standards. Additional responsibilities include:

+ Leveraging client cost data to develop cost baselines
and client business cases

+ Identifying
costs and performing the cost buildup for an individual opportunity

+ Identifying
other cost saving opportunities within the deal

+ Applying
the agreed upon pricing methodologies

+ Ensuring
revenue recognition is US GAAP compliant and Accenture Policies are
reflected accurately within the financial models

+ With
supervision, assesses impact of prospective deals on current business

+ Documenting, acquiring, and maintaining
all documents supporting the costing and pricing on all new opportunities,
including assumptions and version control documentation.

+ After your first year in CDTS, you will
be eligible for Accentures world class Finance Development Program and
have the chance to gain new experiences by rotating into our CDTS due
diligence, mergers & acquisitions, and post-merger integration teams.

what you need:

+ undergraduate
or graduate degree in Accounting, Finance OR Other Business-Related major
with a minimum of 9 credit hours of Accounting, with a graduation date between December 2021 and May 2022

+ Minimum
overall GPA of 3.0

points if you:

+ Have
spent time learning and practicing financial accounting such as:

+ Reconciliation

+ Invoice

+ Processing
financial transactions

+ Preparing
financial budgets

+ Are a PC
user and know the Microsoft Office Suite

+ Can work
on more than one project at a time

+ Like to
work both independently and as part of a team

+ Feel
comfortable talking with senior managers

+ Have a
phenomenal attention to detail

+ Can work
creatively and analytically to solve problems

+ Easily
share your ideas in person and in writing

+ Give
others the information and assistance they need with a positive 'can-do'
customer service attitude

+ Have led
a team at school, at work or in the military
