Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology.

The Global Digital Inside Sales (DIS) Recruiting Lead is responsible for leading all Global Demand Delivery and Supply actions for Global Digital Inside Sales Recruitment within Growth Services in Operations. He/she/they would be the main person working with the Operations business leaders to chart the growth of the Global Digital Inside Sales through recruitment delivery.

The Global Digital Inside Sales (DIS) Recruiting Lead will work with all recruitment leadership, business stakeholders, human resources, and all partners to lead the delivery efforts across Accenture Global Digital Inside Sales recruitment. In addition, they will be responsible for all centralized initiatives and be the go-to person for stakeholders in North America.

This role is important from the point of view of growth for the Digital Inside Sales global business. The person would need to develop and have deep understanding of recruitment process, Global Digital Inside Sales (DIS) Recruiting Lead will act as the trusted advisor to the Global Digital Inside Sales Business Leads for the growth of his/her organizational unit and support the delivery strategy across the Global Digital Inside Sales in Operations.

The role includes the following key responsibilities. You should review these in conjunction with career level guidelines to gain a clear understanding of the expectations for your role. As a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex recruitment issues from strategy to execution.

Core Responsibilities:

+ Collaborate with Global Digital Inside Sales Business senior leadership team and to drive delivery across Digital Inside Sales demand globally across 12-14 MUs

+ Manage a large team of 60+recruiters, senior recruiting leads across geographies

+ Oversee and advise direction of all critical recruitment delivery efforts across client accounts in Global Digital Inside Sales.

+ Use recruitment insights and knowledge to develop sourcing strategies to support recruitment delivery leads

+ Monitor critical staffing metrics, overdue roles, demand trends and support effective delivery strategies to reach recruitment targets

+ Work with Global Digital Inside Sales recruitment leads to set up effective and efficient pipeline channels to ensure on time and within SLA delivery

+ Set up collaborative working processes and culture with all Global Digital Inside Sales recruitment partner groups

+ Build a cohesive and effective Global Digital Inside Sales Recruitment team build, nurture, coach and guide immediate managers in the team

+ Ensure building and sharing insightful recruitment status with clear data views which guides the Global Digital Inside Sales Business Leads to take the required actions for growth

+ Manage recruitment community communication and ongoing training: conduct team meetings, encourage synergies & knowledge sharing

+ Manage specific stakeholder relationships, including demand management, sales/opportunities, analytics, and market information

+ Build and manage candidate flow through the utilization of recruitment technology, such as Workday, to collaborate with talent acquisition peers, maintaining compliance with firm and government policies and protocols and, reporting progress/results to Accenture leadership on quarterly basis

+ Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations

+ People Lead responsibilities that include, monthly career progression discussions with counselees, performance review and candid coaching conversations at all levels

+ Ensure the highest level of compliance with local legislations, regulations, and Accenture policies

+ Manage recruitment headcount and cost per joiner (CPJ)

+ Capacity planning

+ Encourage a recruitment environment where recruiters and technology thrive together to accomplish goals faster

+ Actively participate in innovative initiatives such as J2IO (Journey to Intelligence) and SynOps

+ Monitor and support high complex work in Global Digital Inside Sales recruitment delivery

+ Initiate and lead open conversations with teams, clients and stakeholders to build trust

+ Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct

+ The person in this role will have flexibility to manage their own schedule

Basic Qualifications:

+ Minimum of 5 years full life-cycle recruiting experience, high volume hiring experience is preferred

+ Minimum of 3 years experience managing a recruiting team

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelors degree

+ Experience in program and/or business management

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

+ Demonstrates intimate knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the development and execution of agency recruiting strategy

+ Understanding and utilizing recruiting-related systems, technologies and protocols; and,

+ Branding and marketing US Global Business Unit Recruitment as an employer of choice to attract and identify talent from various recruiting networks

+ External supplier management knowledge

As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $110,376 - $235,200 information on benefits offered is here .
