Business Process Services professionals work on projects across a range of business processes, business applications and information technology. They may provide technology services, such as application management, infrastructure management and systems integration, or they may deliver business process outsourcing services, including finance and accounting, procurement and human resources. Depending on the role, Operations professionals may be based at a clients office or in one of Accentures 50 delivery centers around the world.

You Are:

The Global Engagement Manager (GEM) serves as a single point of contact with allocated global brands (e.g. within Specialty and Primary Care, Vaccines, Oncology and HIV). As the GEM, you are accountable for your allocated brands to (1) oversee the planning and delivery of digital marketing assets as well (2) supporting your global brand teams move towards a data driven marketing approach to improve marketing outcomes and customer experience.

The Work:

+ To have regular touch points with their relevant Global Brand/TA (Therapeutic Area)/MCM (Multi-channel Marketing) Teams

+ Provide end-to-end project oversight in association with their supporting DPM to ensure the delivery of global campaigns (that meet agreed timeline and quality KPIs)

+ Acts as first channel of escalation for the Global Brand/TA teams

+ Supports and drives MOC service adoption with the global brand/MCM team

+ Supports the global managers to understand the MOC briefing process

+ Supports global brand teams to develop their content and demand plans

+ Interfaces with offshore Digital Project Managers (DPMs) who manage actual execution to ensure correct priority and service levels

+ Supports the co-creation process and actively gain feedback from the wider MEM community on the performance of the global content (and where it can be improved)

+ Drives content localization in LOCs via MEMs by informing them of campaign launches, and ensuring pull-through of content and data

+ Translates historical analytics and performance reports into meaningful recommendations to optimize campaigns and inform future global campaign strategies

+ Supports the utilization of available marketing data and benchmarks to inform decision making and optimization of current and future campaigns

+ Provides on-going advice to the global brand teams on how to improve the quality of content through digital marketing and multi-channel expertise as well as sharing best practice guidance (from within and outside the Pharmaceutical Industry)

+ Supports the utilization of data driven personalized marketing tools to deliver content aligned to persona led Customer Journeys and omnichannel campaigns

+ Supports the development with the global brand team of global brand customer journeys, customer personas and modular content for their therapeutic area brands

+ Proactively identify problems and new opportunities for MOC support, liaising with wider MOC teams (MEMs, production, analytics) to create and scale solutions across the program

Heres What You Need:

+ Bachelors degree

+ Minimum of 5 years of Digital multichannel marketing experience

+ Minimum of 2 yeras of experience in the development of customer journeys, personas and modular content

+ Minimum of 2 years of Marketing Account Management experience (client-facing)
