Sales professionals drive the sales process and outcomes on a dedicated basis, growing a profitable pipeline through deal origination, shaping compelling value propositions which address our clients biggest business challenges, and closing win-win deals through sales negotiations and contract closure.

The High Technology industry group helps Aerospace & Defense, Semi-conductor and Communication Technology companies digitally transform, accelerating the renewal of core businesses and operations while investing to scale new products, platforms, services and business models. We are looking for a sales executive to join the CMT West Sales Team to help grow this exciting area of our business.





What We Do:





The Sales and Business Development Executive will be client facing and will be responsible for driving high-quality sales through deal shaping, negotiation, and contract closure.


You will be responsible for developing comprehensive pursuit plans and ensure that the bid teamis staffed, engaged and equipped to fulfill its respective tasks.





Sales Pursuit and Closure professionals involve multiple activities like target the right clients, grow quality pipeline, win profitable deals and manage sales activities with the objective of creating mutually beneficial, trust-based relationships that create value.





Individuals in this role will collaborate with Client Account Leads and Account Executives to manage and close opportunities through the end-to-end sales cycle. They will be responsible for the establishment of a win strategy, ongoing qualification, coordinating all required internal approvals, identification of required resources, management of the solution/proposition development, complex deal shaping, management of client interactions and facilitating the negotiations and closing activities.





Key Responsibilities:



+ Have deep sales process expertise


+ Have strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop relationships with key client buyers and decision-makers at new and/or existing clients.


+ Understands the strategic direction set by senior client management as it relates to business objectives.


+ Provide solutions to complex business problems to create value for the client.


+ Be able to collaborate effectively across Accentures areas of the business to develop service and commercial proposals.


+ Manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts.


+ Ability to travel up to 50%






Basic Qualifications:



+ Bachelors Degree


+ 5 years of client relationship management


+ 5+ years experience with Proposal Development or Bid Development (managing the intricacies of an RFP, RFS, RFQ, or Sole Source opportunity from start to finish)


+ 7 +years of selling/business development experience and proven track record



Professional Skill Requirements:



+ Ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust with C-Level executive


+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with team members and C-Level executives


+ Ability to coach others for written and oral communications to C-Level executives


+ Proven ability to work independently and as a team member in a highly matrixed organization


+ Ability to be flexible and work in a problem-solving environment


+ Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills


+ Strong supervisory, coaching and project management skills


+ Must display professionalism and confidence
