Job Description



As a Corporate Solution Architect Manager, your key role is to partner with our internal business and technology delivery teams to enable our HR vision through our platform and ecosystem partners (Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft and others...). You must have a proven ability to deliver a strong point of view that is grounded in data, to continuously build and partner across the Accenture network, and to work in cross-functional teams with a focus on delivering value in new and greater ways. You will serve as the owner of a HR Tech solution/product(s) and you will be responsible for such product(s) through the entire lifecycle (vision/strategy * design * develop * continuous improvement). The Solution Architect Manager is responsible for driving the product vision, strategy and road map; gathering, managing, prioritizing and advocating for business and user requirements/needs through data driven analysis and human centered research; employing necessary feedback loops and staying abreast of vendor roadmaps to continuously innovate and improve; and working closely with tech delivery, platform product teams, change management, employee focus groups, support and other service delivery teams to ensure ROI and user satisfaction is met.





Basic Qualifications:





+ College Degree





Preferred Qualifications:





+ HR Technology background - with both HR Platform (HCM) and HR Strategy experience



+ Learning ecosystem experience and a solid understanding of technology (TQ) -- (broad & complex space - many vendors, heavy integration)



+ Workday experience and agile experience as well (but not required)





Professional Skills:





+ Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian



+ Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
