Business Process Services professionals work on projects across a range
of business processes, business applications and information technology. They
may provide technology services, such as application management, infrastructure
management and systems integration, or they may deliver business process
outsourcing services, including finance and accounting, procurement and human
resources. Depending on the role, Operations professionals may be based at a
clients office or in one of Accentures 50 delivery centers around the world.

You Are:

The Incident Release Specialist is an individual
contributor responsible for managing customer facing production website defects
through to resolution from the perspective of the business. The Incident
Release Specialist is responsible for taking ownership of these initiatives and
driving them to resolution. You will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and
maintain relationships with key internal and external partners. You will also
have the ability to work effectively efficiently in a fast-paced environment
take ownership of this role.

The Work:

+ Resolve content defects on client customer facing websites, Thick and Thin client mobile devices, and customer account
recovery associated with functional or content production website defects

+ Coordinate with IT, Client Services,
Compliance, Creative, Legal, Marketing and other business partners to ensure
acceptable Incident or Trouble Report (TR) closure in terms of timelines and
customer resolution.

+ TRs may be required to be
closed within hours or require new project requests to resolve.

Here's What You Need:

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production support role of a customer facing website for a large organization

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience managing enhancements to customer facing Internet applications

Bonus Points:

+ Strong oral and written communication skills with the proven ability to develop partnerships and credibility across an organization

+ Proven ability to lead multiple projects with competing deliverables and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

+ Proven ability to resolve conflicts, overcome obstacles and produce results by leading, motivating, and managing supporting teams and presenting convincing views to partners, stakeholders and business leaders

+ Strong documentation and record retention skills for maintaining auditable project artifacts

+ Ability to think strategically, articulate initiatives, set clear expectations and achieve organizational goals

+ Display attention to detail with excellent judgment

+ Experience in a large financial services corporate environment

+ Customer centric, self-driven and independent with a high level of energy

+ Ability to communicate with senior level management
