The Incubation Agent takes part in experiments to improve various review workflows, policy changes, and new tools, at the direction of the client. They liaise with the client, providing feedback on the experiments. They are skilled at implementing new processes on a regular basis and at reporting their findings back to leadership in a timely manner and ensures proper documentation and reporting of experiments.






+ Primary responsibilities are focused on successfully running experiments on a regular basis in a wide variety of workflows.


+ Run experiments as directed by the client. Provide feedback on these experiments in a professional and timely manner.


+ Work with management and client to identify pain points during experiments and suggest solutions.


+ Identify holes in customer policies and provide feedback accordingly. Cross team collaboration to complete projects with aggressive deadlines.


+ Calibrate with various vendor and client teams on policy knowledge on a weekly basis to ensure consistent quality assurance across the board.


+ Develop and maintain knowledge of customer and customer specific business processes. Develop and maintain an understanding of customer


+ Service Level Agreements and department s key performance requirements. Develop and maintain product knowledge, industry knowledge, and business and professional skills by participating in on the job training and classroom training. Share information required for the team to be successful.


+ Demonstrate understanding of the customer s business needs and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.


+ Seek opportunities to improve knowledge, skills, and performance by reviewing knowledge base content, practicing skills and being receptive to coaching and constructive feedback.


+ May perform follow up on incidents with customer to ensure customer satisfaction. May identify root causes for customer dissatisfaction and recommend solutions to improve overall customer satisfaction.
