The Insurance Operations Associate will:
+ Support team manager by monitoring and adjusting workflow as necessary throughout the day.
+ Respond to all investigation rework rush special handling requests same day with resolution in 24 hours.
+ Know and be able to perform all data entry and data analysis tasks that the team requires.
+ Produce reporting required for the team.
+ Prepare spreadsheets as requested and be able to manipulate and analyze the data in the spreadsheets when required.
+ Ensure the team adheres to all team SLA s on a daily basis.
+ Be completely familiar with team procedures and able to teach team members job functions team SME .
+ Have sufficient business and system knowledge to fully investigate and resolve internal and external customer queries, and to appropriately reach out and involve others when necessary.
+ Maintain positive customer outcomes by fact finding, examining the particulars, and finding the root cause of a specific event or process to satisfactorily resolve an investigation.
+ Provide clear and correct communication to the appropriate parties regarding the results of the investigation with the correct amount of detail and order of events that led to the investigation.
+ Monitor and report on systems outages for the team with superior communication skills suitable for senior audience.
+ Calculate and produce monthly team metrics.
+ Provide quality control.
+ Assist with date entry tasks when volume is high.
This role is on-site Monday-Friday in Amarillo, TX.
This role is not remote.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry
Preferred Qualifications:
2 years of financial industry experience
2 years of computer experience using Microsoft Word and Excel programs
2 years of customer service experience
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Albany County, NY, California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.
