People in the Deal Execution career track for Accenture Interactives Design Pillar, play a key role working as part of Interactive Leadership team to grow pipeline and sales by originating, identifying, managing and closing of sales opportunities. This includes Growth, Innovation and Experience Strategy, as well as our Customer Experience, Employee Experience and Product Design. They progress by deepening sales skills, developing new skills and evolve into more complex sales roles on larger, cross-offering opportunities.







You are:



The Deal Execution / Accenture Interactive Design Pillar GTM Senior Manager



What youll do:





+ Contribute to profitable sales growth as a member of the Market Unit deal team and typically act as the Pursuit Lead on Design Pillar pursuits.



+ Responsible for the Design sales and pipeline management in the region - maintaining the pipeline of work (and reporting) and ensuring the work is high value consulting (to maintain profitability and ADR).



+ This includes personally leading sales pursuits and working with the Design pillar lead to assign pursuits to Senior Managers and MDs in the region.



+ Work closely with and are the primary point of contact for each industry lead for their Design-related pursuits.



+ They will have both a personal sales and regional sales target ($8MM and $30MM)



+ Ensure that every proposal can be executed to a level that meets both client and Accenture expectations.







Heres what you need:





+ Minimum 5 years experience with fundamentals of project management or project-based work (organizing multiple moving pieces to meet deadlines)



+ Minimum 3 years experience responding to and managing the intricacies of an RFP, RFS, RFQ, or Sole Source opportunity from start to finish



+ Minimum 3 years experience qualifying opportunities using criteria including win probability, competitive landscape, client relationship, & deal profitability with a proven track record of achieving quotas





Bonus points if:





+ 3 or more years of sales, proposal development or bid management



+ Cross-tower Interactive Agency Experience (Design, Build, Run)
