Your Role:

The MarTech (CMS) Architect role is part of the Digital Interactive team and is responsible for driving Content Management System (CMS) and marketing data related solutions and managing project delivery. The MarTech (CMS) architect is expected to contribute to capability and offering, and business development (25%), and architecture leadership in project delivery (75%).

Key Responsibilities

For capability and offering development, they are expected to:

+ Solution digital architectures in client proposals

+ Consult clients on solutions to meet clients business and marketing objectives

+ Plan delivery with build scope, technical resources and timelines

+ Be capable of advising and be recognized as an Advisor/Expert in Content Management Systems (CMS) with a focus on Adobe Experience Manager

+ Provide advisory on the Adobe Marketing Cloud and Adobe Experience Cloud

+ Identify and rationalize future market trends

In project delivery, they are expected to be able to:

+ Provide architecture leadership with client stakeholders at the leadership level

+ Design AEM solutions for the Accenture team to implement

+ Develop key architectural use-cases with working code as a solution reference for the delivery team

+ Develop proof of concepts on complex product integration and in enabling product features

+ Provide leadership to the delivery team in prioritizing and adapting solutions to meet project timelines with quality

+ Understand Application, Infrastructure, Deployment and Integration architectures to ensure overall architectural integrity

+ Be able to integrate media and ad technologies with Data Management Platforms such as Adobe Audience Manager

+ Be able to integrate campaign automation into the marketing and conversion funnel with Adobe Target and Adobe Campaign

+ Be able to integrate Adobe Analytics into Adobe Target and Adobe Audience Manager

Experience, Attributes and Qualifications:

+ With minimum 8 years of experience in solutioning and driving digital projects with solid experience in AEM solutions

+ Experience in different kinds of CMS / marketing data and MarTech platforms especially AEM

+ Demonstrate leadership ability, to provide architecture leadership with clients at the leadership level

+ Demonstrate stakeholder management ability, to interact professionally with diverse group of key decision-makers, internally and externally

+ Experience leading a project team and business development project on CMS solutions

+ Scrum/Agile Methodology knowledge and exposure would be an advantage

+ Design Thinking knowledge and exposure would be an advantage

+ Excellent communication skills, high proficiency in both verbal and written English and Chinese
