Program Specialist Services professionals provide project-based support services within centers. These professionals support the delivery and execution of our key projects with specialized services.

Job Description:

The CSSD (Client Sales & Solution Delivery) SME plays a key role in supporting the sales & solutioning activities for iSS. The SME will be interacting or liaising with solution architects, cost architects, CDTS team, SWB team, iSS Leadership and any other stakeholder part of the sales process. The CSSD SME will play a very important role in building solutions or costing for one or more work streams in iSS.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for building or supporting the creation of low, medium, and high complex solution models across various iSS work streams.
Participate in sales opportunities with deal teams, providing an optimized solution while driving innovation and automation
Adapts existing methods and procedures to create alternative solutions to moderately complex problems
Uses own judgment to find optimal solutions to recommend.
Attend client introductory workshops for new sales opportunities across all work streams to appropriately solution client requirements while developing client relationship and managing the relationship through the sales process
Act as a Business Advisor for iSS with expertise across multiple work streams, interacting with all levels within various functions (i.e., Operations, Sales, Consulting, Strategy)
Collaborates with Industry Client Account Leads and Account Executives on opportunities
Attend Due Diligence workshops to validate solution with client
Participate in mobilization activities as required
Manage multiple solutions with varying complexity at different stages of the sales process
Obtain Location Lead and iSS leadership approvals on all solutions
Work with SWB team to modify and test BPOSE solution model; coordinate activities across multiple work streams
Act as a backup for SMEs to enable continuity of service.
Collect assumptions and offering details from Solution Architects & coordinate end to end solutions.
Prepare cost model based on the assumptions provided and validate assumptions not included in RFPs
Respond to RFP / RFI questions
Review solution models and assumptions provided by other sales SMEs
Highlight in scope / out of scope activities
Work with Solution Architects to ensure iSS is included in solutions when requirements call for capabilities supported
Maintain & improvise sales materials for all iSS work streams
The SME will also own/manage sales materials and other key content knowledge
Manage sales pipeline for specific work stream and contribute actively towards sales metrics improvement.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
Minimum of 5 years work experience in operations
Minimum 3 years of domain/role specific experience in HR and/or, Finance & Accounting and/or Procurement
Minimum of 3 years cost model/finance and automation experience
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Up to 50% travel required
Ability to clearly articulate solution details including assumptions and defend solutions when challenged
Knowledge of automation tools essential to build solutions and maximize cost effectiveness
Knowledge of HR, F&A, Procurement domains to build solutions; knowledge will carryover to support building custom solutions
Knowledge of other work stream solutions (WCC, BRG, DD) to support overall iSS solutions
Good analytical or logical reasoning skills to understand complex data and simplify solutions.
Good technical aptitude with an ability to learn quickly.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong conflict management skills.
Strong time management skills to be able to manage stringent timelines.
Should be dynamic and flexible to work in different shifts and weekends based on business requirements.
