Job Description
The IT Customer Service Rep will be responsible for coordinating daily activities associated with Operations. As we move from our traditional annual PC RFP program to the new PSP program, we will have as many as 3x the number of PCs in our catalog along with the potential to change products as frequently as quarterly. Success of this new approach is dependent on as many as 5 teams within ISA and CIO touching each PC, the vendor following strict guidelines on tech, price and delivery as well as ensuring proper support material is published as needed. These activities are normally handled by the annual PC RFP team which is decommissioned at the end of FY18. This role will fill the gap in coordination of the various teams and their roles in the lifecycle of our standard PCs.
Receive new laptops into FNMS Asset Tracking software, image, test and configure for new hire employees.
Fulfill contractor rental requests, GCP Transfer requests and new Accenture acquisitions requests.
Load laptops with standard Accenture Windows 10 image, followed by the Compliance Package and configure fully for the customer.
Technician will also be keeping track of their work in Remedy ServiceNow to log all their work.
Work closely with other Accenture offices, leads and recruiters to ensure a smooth and accurate transaction.
Ship laptops via UPS to the correct office before the start date.
Responsible for running weekly inventory reports to make sure the inventory is accurate and accounted for, shipping damaged laptops to US Micro, help out other teammates when needed and other related tasks.
