Job
Description





Kronos Application Leads are responsible for overall availability
and accessibility of application(s) in their respective Technology areas. They
oversee the maintenance and enhancement efforts to Applications and deliver
solutions that enable client businesses to run efficiently. Application Leads
will lead and manage a small development team and are responsible for timely reporting
on status of Application availability





The person will be
responsible for planning, designing, implementing solution, break fix, and
enhancements for Kronos Workforce Central Application area, including
Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling and Attestation modules.





Demonstrate an understanding of technology and methodologies in
the context of Kronos Application Maintenance and Development





Ensure code and design quality through the execution of test
plans and assist in development of standards, methodology and repeatable
processes, working closely with internal and external design, business, and
technical counterparts.





Coordinate with vendors to resolve complex software issues with
delivered functionality.




Create
technical design specifications, system requirements and collaborates with
operational and technical professionals to design solutions




Basic Qualifications


Minimum 3 years
of experience developing and implementing Kronos Workforce Central Application tools


Bachelors
Degree or Associates Degree with 6 years of work experience or equivalent work
experience of 12 years





Preferred Qualifications






+ Experience with Kronos Workforce Central items
such as access profiles, display profiles, Navigators and organizational
mapping.


+ Experience analyzing, developing, and
implementing complex Kronos pay rules, security, workforce attendance, and
calculated accrual configurations, and administer Kronos Workforce Central
application.


+ Experience supporting and configuring pay
policies, accruals, scheduler, attestation and attendance with varying levels
of complexities.


+ Experience with volume and labor forecasting
functionality.


+ Experience resolving application problems and
troubleshooting end user issues


+ Experience in designing and maintaining
Interfaces between HRIS systems.


+ Experience in modifying, configuring, and
troubleshooting Kronos system integrations that include SQL, WIM, and stored
procedures.


+ Experience with Kronos Mobility


+ Knowledge of payroll and timekeeping best
practices.


+ Knowledge of Kronos WFC, WIM, WDM, Task Management,
Navigators, and Attestation.


+ Experience maintaining system security to
ensure data confidentiality.


+ Deliver change recommendations using data
analysis to help customers address workforce management challenges


+ Researches vendor products to stay current on
new and existing functionality. Considers future product capabilities in
current designs.
