People in our Client Delivery & Operations career track drive delivery and capability excellence through the design, development and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering. They grow into delivery-focused roles, and can progress within their current role, laterally or upward.

Learning Operations Team Lead:

+ Manages and develops a team of approximately 6-8 resources, providing coaching and supervision, while also developing self and Learning Development knowledge

+ Supports Learning Team and Leadership with communicating to Learning Development stakeholders

+ Supports Delivery Leadership in advising Learning Team on the course delivery and operational strategy to ensure that courses can be delivered within delivery model parameters

+ Works with Delivery Leadership to ensure consistency across EMEA, APAC US to and close knowledge gaps between regions

+ Supports Schedulers, Coordination and Orientation team as needed with vendor and facility engagement

+ Engages with Learning Teams to understand demand needs in terms of new program requests or planning learning sessions across various programs for the upcoming year, finalize demand plan details to share with the client

+ Manages cost drivers and financial implications at the course and session level

+ End to end learning delivery management, including planning, estimating, and resourcing

+ Defines standards and recommend methods for improving learning assets and coordinates process improvements efforts

+ Oversees daily task load for scheduling and coordination activities, ensuring quality and efficient delivery

+ Supports Learning Management System admins and Schedulers in triaging an/or resolving tasks tickets related to Learning Ops, within defined SLA

+ Provides executive presentations and briefings on learning outcomes reports

+ Escalates delivery issues to Learning Operations along with viable alternative solutions

Basic Qualifications:

+ 2 years experience directly managing a team of at least 3-4

+ 3 years of client facing experience

+ 1 year of managing demand, planning intake, and analysis of new work coming into the organization

+ 2 years experience in performance metrics

+ Partners and builds relationships with client leadership

+ Ability to prioritize conflicting requirements and time management

+ Ability to gather, analyze and formulate conclusions on data

+ People management and team working experience

+ Cost estimating and financial analysis

+ Critical thinking problem solving skills

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Multi cultural awareness and English language proficiency required
