Job Description:

Be a proactive and energetic member of our Office Services team by providing support to critical back end office functions as well attentive and detailed customer support. Responsibilities to include support of our solutions bar desk providing reservations and catering support to our customers, cross support to our local technology team, working with catering drop off, setup and breakdown, leading our mail room and package functions as well as providing support to high profile in office events as needed.
You will foster an engaging in office experience for our clients and our employees by supporting various functions within the office, having a positive and helpful mindset proactively offering people assistance with new office tools, assisting with office bookings, resetting work spaces and general in office support as needed. You may also be asked to volunteer for and support more broad work activities including those that are held at a location/office level including office events, client events and marketing and communications functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Become a business partner for Accenture executives by providing administrative support, including:
Independently complete a wide range of Workplace Solutions customer services activities such as workspace set-up, A/V support, catering set up and breakdown, welcome desk coverage, floor operations support, space utilization management or other location services requests
Own all mail room functions including handling, delivering and forwarding mail, receiving packages and coordinating with customers on pick up and storage requirements, maintaining a running inventory of packages and tracking when they are received, where they are stored and when they are picked up
Maintain an organized mail room which includes packages and other materials located in the area
Maintain supply inventory and ensure right levels or back items are kept on hand
Make process improvement suggestions and implement changes as possible to ensure continued seamless office experience for customers, Accenture clients and meeting attendees alike
Identify new ways to add value & proactively take on new tasks to help improve the in office experience
Identify & recommend business solutions in the area of customer service and experience
Understand Accenture's collaboration & technology tools & recommending most effective options for calls and meetings with onsite guests and clients
Support on-site events including room set up, technology testing, and other experience elements

Role Requirements:
Availability to work outside normal business hours, ability to work OT if needed

Basic Qualification:
High School Diploma/GED
Preferred Qualification:
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Outlook
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
