Job Description:


Accenture LLP seeks a Management Consulting Senior Manager in New York, NY to conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and drive the delivery of data and analytics programs. S/he will perform the following duties: lead teams in delivery of business/technology data/analytics projects; develop analytics solutions for client needs on Accentures Insights Platform; prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating efficiently; work with Technology Development Labs; create go-to-market strategy and materials; communicate with C-level clients; advise on trends and best practices for Data & Analytics related to Finance, Risk, and Compliance functions; facilitate clients evaluation of opportunities, architecture design, and roadmaps; aid in the execution of practices growth plan; oversee engagement risk, project economics/budgeting, account receivables, and deliverable content; lead, develop, and support resources; develop thought leadership and disseminate information regarding data trends and technological innovations. This position requires domestic travel approximately 40% of an average work week.







Basic Qualifications:


This position requires at least a bachelors degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Systems/Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or Operations Management, plus 8 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience in IT or Management Consulting, including the following professional experience: 7 years experience designing/developing forecasting and reporting solutions to deliver change initiatives for clients; 8 years experience implementing operating models, supporting organization structures, and establishing best practices within the Data Management and Finance function; 7 years experience helping clients leverage NLG, NLP, Collibra, and ASG DI Suite to create and realize value within Data Management and Finance functions; 5 years experience ensuring compliance with BCBS-239 and CCAR regulations; and 3 years experience interfacing with C-suite clients in Data-related conferences and Data Management, Finance, and Analytics areas.
