Management Consulting Senior Manager (Accenture LLP; San Francisco, CA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Management Consulting Senior Manager in San Francisco, CA to design and implement business changes that drive industry-specific, function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on task relating to people and process. S/he will perform the following duties: build trust based relationships with clients in order to identify, triage, design and implement methods and processes in order to solve client challenges; perform financial analysis and assessment; program management; people and team leadership, working in ambiguous situations; and working in partnership with clients and other vendors; reach out to clients to develop business and generate opportunities, prepare pricing and commercials for consulting work, develop and respond to Requests For Proposals; manage project financials; triage escalations; mitigate issues and risks; prepare Points of View and white papers and manage the practice workstream s/he works in.




MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:


This position requires at least a bachelors degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or in a closely related field, plus 6 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as a Manager, Consultant, Analyst or in a related position. This position also requires the following professional experience: 6 years of experience in identifying, triaging, designing and implementing solutions to solve client challenges; 6 years of experience assessing current financial position in relation to targeted growth market; 6 years of experience as lead and managing teams of professional level consulting resources; and 6 years of experience serving as a client liaison with clients.




Positions are based in San Francisco, CA but requires domestic travel up to 70% of an average work week.




Telecommuting is permitted for this role; need to reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the assigned Accenture office.
