Management Consulting Senior Manager (Accenture LLP; San Francisco, CA): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Management Consulting Senior Manager in San Francisco, CA, and the job duties are as follows:





+ Design and implement business changes that drive industry-specific function and digital operating model transformation, focusing on tasks relating to people and process.


+ Design new business processes based on customer requirements and conduct user review sessions, and run stakeholder agreement meetings.


+ Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment, applying research and analysis skills as well as diagnosis skills.


+ Contribute to a team-oriented environment as well as demonstrate leadership and collaboration in professional setting.


+ Translate strategic direction and business objectives established by clients into holistic strategies and actions.


+ Participate in diagnosing problems and planning and leading transformations.


+ Implement programs/interventions that prepare the organization for implementation of new business processes.


+ Leverage Accentures methods, tools, and assets to design and deliver outcomes.


+ Identify and assess complex problems and create solutions that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors that are implemented by team.





BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:


Must have a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field, plus 7 years of experience (of which 5 years must be progressive post-baccalaureate experience) in consulting. Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:



+ Working in at least one of the following areas: procurement, third-party cost reduction, forecasting, supply chain planning and inventory optimization, or continuous and discrete manufacturing environment production;


+ Collaborating with customers and leading teams to solve business problems;


+ Providing technical leadership and guidance to team members; and


+ Program management and client relationship management for clients in Communications, Media and Technology, Financial Services, Health and Public Service, Products, or Resources industries.





Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:





+ Delivering technology solutions for enterprise planning or supply chain management;


+ Leveraging data analytics tools to identify performance improvements; and


+ Driving customer insights using visualization and analytics tools, including Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Adobe Analytics, or Google Analytics.





Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
