Corporate Functions Marketing & Communications

As part of this team, youll play a key role in helping Accenture execute its strategy. Youll work with a diverse team of innovative marketing experts who focus on the following areas: global brand management and advertising; global events and sponsorships; internal communications; marketing research; media and industry analyst relations; corporate and financial communications; internet marketing; recruitment marketing; client-centric marketing; and industry, service line and geographic marketing campaigns.

While there will never be a typical day at Accenture, heres a look at some of your responsibilities:
As a specialist, the position will report to a Marketing Manager of Innovation co-located in their respective cities and will be accountable to the North America Innovation Hub marketing lead, based out of New York. In this role they will work with their Manager and local city market leads (who also carry other responsibilities) as well as a broad network of global M&C and client experience professionals at Accenture to deliver marketing campaigns to support North America Innovation Marketing objectives.
The single biggest priority for NA Marketing for Accenture is driving awareness, buzz and traffic among clients to our network of 11 Innovation Hubs. This program is called Innovation 3.0. For this role you will support the North American Innovation marketing team for Accenture at one of our flagship Innovation location (New York, Chicago, San Francisco).
As a specialist, the position will report to a Marketing Manager of Innovation co-located with you and will be accountable to the North America Innovation Hub marketing lead, based out of New York. In this role you will work with your Manager and local city market leads (who also carry other responsibilities) as well as a broad network of global M&C and client experience professionals at Accenture.
YOUR ROLE: Marketing & Communications Marketing Specialist
You will be responsible for helping to execute the North America Innovation 3.0 marketing strategy at both a local and national level. First and foremost, you will help develop content and executing campaigns at a local level for your regional Innovation Hubs that may include communication tools, events and content. You will also support the creation of marketing templates for our cross- North America programs that can be re-used at a national level across all 11 North America Innovation Hubs. Collaborating with global, regional and local marketers, you will help create a marketing tool-kit that enables Innovation Hubs to deliver relevant and engaging client experiences.
Ultimately, your mission is to help Accenture break through the clutter and engage attention-starved C-level executives with Accentures largely under-appreciated capabilities in the innovation space. You will measure success not only in share of voice or content consumed but also in sales pipeline generated and revenue. No stranger to complex matrix organizations, you will build bridges and persevere in collaborating across groups to integrate marketing efforts, presenting one unified Accenture to potential and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the execution of marketing campaigns for specific Innovation Hubs that drive awareness and demand around Accentures Innovation offerings that may include: .
Events (national to regional, large to intimate)
Immersive experiences
Paid media/search/social
Social media
Sales enablement
The above requires strong collaboration with:
Accenture marketing entities (corporate, geographies/regions, target industries, target functions, offerings)
Accenture approved agencies
Accenture senior business stakeholders (target industries, target functions, offerings)
Measure impact and continuously optimize campaigns and their execution
Manage budgets
Adhere to applicable policies and procedures
Collaborate, create and innovate with a variety of professionals to design unconventional ways to inspire and engage our key target audiences clients, recruits and our people and advance our overall market positioning.
Contribute to a network of high-energy and talented Marketing & Communications professionals across North America, helping differentiate Accenture in the market through bold and cutting-edge brand, market development and client relationship development programs.
Relationships:
Reports to: Manager Marketing & Communications Innovation
Collaborates with: Other resident Marketing & Communications professionals.
External Relationships: Third party vendors, suppliers and agencies.


EDUCATION: University degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field or masters degree in business/MBA.
YOUR EXPERIENCE: 3+ years experience in a Marketing or Business Development, preferably in a B2B professional services model.
