Corporate Functions Marketing & Communications

As part of this team, youll play a key role in helping Accenture execute its strategy. Youll work with a diverse team of innovative marketing experts who focus on the following areas: global brand management and advertising; global events and sponsorships; internal communications; marketing research; media and industry analyst relations; corporate and financial communications; internet marketing; recruitment marketing; client-centric marketing; and industry, service line and geographic marketing campaigns.

YOUR ROLE: Marketing Manager - North America Campaigns

A member of the North America marketing team, this accomplished marketer will work with North America leadership to understand business priorities and design and deliver impactful campaigns meeting those needs. You will collaborate with global marketing teams to localize global programs but also create local campaigns to differentiate Accenture in the market and deliver relevant and engaging experiences to potential and existing clients across North America.

Metrics driven, you will creatively combine traditional and digital marketing channels to help us to break through the noise and engage attention-starved C-level executives. Partnering with sales is second nature to you to maximize campaign impact and drive pipeline and revenue. You will build bridges and persevere in collaborating across groups to integrate marketing efforts, presenting one unified Accenture to our clients. You are a pragmatic self-starter with a strong bias for action. Fluency in English and the self-assurance and diplomacy required for managing senior stakeholders are must-haves too.


+ Develop and execute marketing plans that are informed by data and deliver impact

+ Own and deliver all locally relevant campaigns supporting local business priorities

+ Collaborate with global and local Marketing teams

+ Create compelling and effective local campaigns elevating Accentures position in North America

+ Build content assets to enable relevant and engaging campaigns

+ Measure, report and continuously optimize campaign performance and execution

+ Manage budget and internal/external agencies

YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications

+ Education: Bachelor's degree

+ Work Experience: Minimum of 7 years of integrated marketing experience

SET YOURSELF APART: Preferred Skills

+ Integrated demand-generation marketing experience, ideally in high-touch account-based marketing targeting senior decision makers

+ prefer business development experience

+ Stakeholder management and ability to build credibility with senior leadership

+ Strong project management skills and adept at juggling competing priorities to tight deadlines

Professional Skills

+ Ability to collaborate effectively across all seniority levels and highly matrixed organizations

+ Self-starter with a strong bias for action

+ Pragmatic, analytically minded and metrics-driven

+ Proven scrappiness and problem-solving skills

+ Fluency in English (verbal and written)

+ Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

+ Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
