Title: MD Referral Recruiting Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for individuals to nurture and engage candidates throughout their entire talent journey and maintain executive relationships. As a Recruiting MD Referral Specialist, you will create a best in class candidate experience and align exceptional candidates to best fit roles. Responsibilities:
+ Screen candidates to understand skills and introduce Accenture
+ Deep understanding of various programs and candidate profiles
+ Match talent to programs and open demand
+ Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
+ Promote our employer brand online and offline
+ Maintain candidate databases
+ Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
+ Act as a main point of contact for MDs across Accenture for their referrals
+ Partner with recruiting leads on sensitive referrals and provide dashboard updates
+ Anticipate opportunities to solve challenges prior to an escalation
Basic Qualifications:
+ Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a corporate environment
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience engaging with candidates, clients, and/or specific stakeholders about career opportunities
+ Minimum of 2 years working directly with executives and/or senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree
+ Experience using HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
+ Proven work experience as a recruiter or sourcer with increasing responsibilities
Professional Skills:
+ Strong executive presence and communication skills
+ Ability to form deep understanding of roles and profiles
+ Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
+ Ability to operate independently and make decisions
+ Effective time-management abilities
