Job Description

The role of the Media & Graphic Design Senior Analyst is one that focuses primarily on the professional production of training materials. The incumbent supports the production of documents, graphics, and computer based training components Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assemble training materials, including computer based training
Prepare technical reports, brochures and or manuals for internal documentation and or publications that adhere to established style guides
Utilize current graphic design technology and computer software packages to produce reports, manuals, proposals, instructional material, catalogues, hardware software documentation and graphic presentations
Serve as technical and graphics expert in consultation with team members and customers
Design creative images and artwork and layout for materials used in marketing and promoting the company's services
Prepare instructions for printed documents and other necessary forms for official release of documents
Video production
All other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of Graphic Design or Desktop Publishing experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in three or more of the following applications Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects, Premiere, Captivate, or Animate
Experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Experience with any of the following Adobe applications Presenter, Audition, Captivate, InCopy
Experience with Microsoft SharePoint or other web design applications
Experience with a learning management system
Video and/or audio production editing
