Job Description:

The Senior Research Analyst will be responsible for the following:
Serve as liaison with the customer program policy staff on program policy initiatives
The role combines understanding of content sources, primary and secondary research techniques, and subject matter with knowledge of Accenture and the marketplace to ensure team s delivery of high value research results i.e., highly synthesized, packaged findings derived from existing information and data sources
Support the customers in researching, triaging, and implementing program policy initiatives
Assist with legislative research, tracking, and fiscal estimates during legislative sessions
Identify and stay informed of healthcare industry trends, best practices, news, and innovations
Lead special projects that analyze healthcare changes, which fall outside of the standard Medicaid project implementation processes, as appropriate
Build relationships with peers, leaders, and clients, at times responding to requests while at others anticipating research needs and proposing research ideas

Basic Qualification:
Minimum of 3 years of Healthcare or Medicaid experience
Preferred Skills:
Microsoft Office experience with Excel and Word
Strong work ethic and solid judgment
Organizational, multi tasking, and time management skills
Proven success in contributing to an individual and team oriented environment
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment
Professional Skills:
Proven success in contributing to a team oriented environment
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment
Desire to work in an information systems environment
Excellent leadership, communication written and oral and interpersonal skills
