Project Description:

We are seeking candidates that will help
support rapidly growing language tools within a social media platform by
analyzing and annotating language data while adhering to a specific set of
guidelines. The candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to analyze
large amounts of data while adapting to changing products and goals
based on client needs at a regular basis. They will also provide feedback to
improve tools used by clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Analyze and annotate
language data in English

Understand client
policies and guidelines

decisions according to the defined policies and procedures

improvement opportunities and suggest solutions

guideline and tool feedback

effectively with internal and client teams

Basic Qualifications:

+ Minimum 6 months experience with Windows Office programs including Excel and Word

Professional Skill Requirements:

Familiar with and user of social media products

Familiarity with American English dialects

Motivated, takes initiative, high energy

Able to work in multiple tools/web browser windows at one time

Flexibility with schedules

Background in transcription and writing

Excellent work pacing (time mgmt.) skills, able to work independently
