Job Description:
We are looking for a highly effective Campus Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team you will interact directly with the internal employees and candidates in managing and coordinating the various phases of the process. This position serves as an entry into the corporate recruiting function.
Key Responsibilities
Assists in planning and executing interviews. This may include creating interview schedules and developing supporting materials, obtaining space, assisting candidates with travel, interviewer sign-up, greeting candidates, arranging catering, etc.
Utilizes web-based applicant tracking systems to maintain candidate data and reporting
Manages the candidate expense reimbursement process for candidates
Supports candidate offer letter creation
Manages the distribution and collection of employment related materials such as Human Resources Forms, background check authorizations, etc. to assist and serve as the main point of contact for onboarding related processes
Serves as a liaison for campus team and shared services team to ensure appropriate support and track necessary task completion
Serves as point of contact for candidates and hiring managers
Takes part in special project assignments to develop world class processes and tools for the recruiting team
Performs other various administrative responsibilities related to corporate
Role Requirements:
May require overtime during peak season

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year in an administrative or coordinator role
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree (16 years)
Experience with data tracking and/or online applicant tracking systems
Technical proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point
Preferred 1 year of Recruiting Coordinator experience preferably with a Fortune 500 company or within the Consulting Industry
Professional Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
Detail oriented with a focus on quality results/deliverables
Outstanding client service focus
Ability to be self-guided and motivated, working to complete tasks thoroughly and requesting assistance, when necessary
Desire to work in a fast-paced, high caliber and dynamic environment
Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
