People in the Sales career track grow pipeline and sales by supporting, managing or leading the origination and/or closing of sales opportunities in a specific area or across a range of Accenture offerings. They progress by deepening sales skills and/or developing new related skills, growing into more complex sales roles, laterally, upward, or in their current role.

The Sales Client Solutions Lead will report to the Sales Management Lead, and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Management of upsells, key accounts and renewals
Works closely with Mortgage Cadence client success executives and key account leads on detailed account planning process and identifying opportunities to drive new revenueWork with Sales teams to finalize close plans, strategies and maintain proper forecasts/close dates
Finalizes Fiscal Year targets, goals and forecasts and works with team to hit said targets, goals and forecasts
Leverages SFDC to understand all financial, opportunity, target market and customer dataPrepare views for various stakeholders and leadership on overall sales pipeline and forecasts
Scales team properly to new and existing software pursuits
Identify and work with team on prospecting and marketing campaigns/efforts
Understands details on opportunities and finalizes contract terms and conditions with Commercial Director
Complete an internal pipeline review with Client Account Leads management team to gauge the status of the relationship, client satisfaction, and probability of renewal
Detailed understanding of addressable market and helps create sales plans to target
Travel up to 50%
