Overview of North America (NA) Marketing + Communications

The North America Marketing + Communications team shapes and activates marketing and communications strategies across the marketing lifecycle that fuel growth for Accentures $20B+ North American market (United States and Canada). Its cross-functional team drives category brand positioning in the North American market, curates end-to-end client experiences to drive the local growth agenda, empowers and positions Accentures leaders, and engages and inspires the companys North American people, recruits and alumni. It positions Accenture in the heart of local innovation, business and technology communities and champions programs for equality, inclusion and diversity within Accenture North America and the communities it serves.

YOUR ROLE: North America Inclusion & Diversity M+C Manager

As the North America Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) Manager, you will lead key projects as part of the North America Inclusion & Diversity Marketing + Communications (M+C) team that drive high impact communications strategies and innovation programs that will engage our 60,000+ people, clients and community partners. You will collaborate with global and local leaders across Accentures North America business to advise, develop, manage and create groundbreaking communications and plans that align to our business priorities and help create our culture of innovation and equality.

You will work with the North America People Experience team to drive North America signature programs, communications and campaigns. Collaboration and creativity are critical as you will be responsible for working across teams to develop bold and cutting-edge communications that inspireand advance engagementwith our people, clients, candidates, alumni and other key stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

+ Develop activations for key I&D moments/observances for both our North America audience and our Market Units (MU)including the creation of national campaigns with toolkits for MU activationworking closely with our US and Canada I&D teams and our Employee Resource Groups.

+ You will be responsible for driving a strong storytelling/narrative approach across our North America business to position our leaders, programs and people as leaders in I&Dhelping to build a concrete and lasting communications strategy for the business.

+ Create a wide range of assets including: video, social, live broadcasts, message creation, internal/external event messaging support, campaign strategy and execution and targeted email/article development.

+ Work closely with the US and Canada I&D teams to help create interactive internal messaging/toolkits/templates, and collaborate with the NA/MU Communications Leads to ensure adoption and execution.

+ Serve as a liaison and main point of contact for our MUs for questions regarding MU key moment activations and crisis communications.

+ Lead the regular updating of our I&D messaging across all dimension of diversity and areas of focus.

+ Coordinate with the NA People Experience team to align to the overall NA content calendar and content creation process.

+ Analyze data from marketing programs, determine insights and develop recommendations to optimize on ongoing basis.

+ Maintain Accentures I&D brand consistency (message and visual) across channels of communications.

YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications

+ Bachelor's Degree or higher in marketing, communications, journalism or related field

+ Minimum 10 years integrated marketing and communications experience with proven track record of delivering results

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint and website content management tools

+ Strong written and oral communication skills

+ Thorough understanding of and an appreciation for a wide spectrum of inclusion and diversity topics, issues and sensitivities, why this work matters inside and outside of the workplace and how it drives business performance

+ Track record in integrated marketing and communications, including but not limited to digital, social, events, and sponsorships with a focus on brand awareness, talent and reputation

+ Superior communications, storytelling and presentation skills

+ Excellent leader and collaborator; with experience building effective relationships in large, complex organizations

+ Thorough understanding of and ability to apply marketing concepts, branding and message development skills

+ Ability to present and communicate ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels to both internal and external audiences

+ Knowledge of and aptitude for digital marketing

+ Proven ability to get things done both independently, with minimal supervision, and in a collaborative, team-oriented, cross-functional environment

+ Ability to successfully manage numerous complex and fast-paced projects simultaneously

+ Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
