Key responsibilities:
Our security practice is currently looking for a national data privacy consulting lead to:
Build out the national privacy practice in Canada
Oversee delivery of large-scale data privacy consulting and assessment efforts to help clients across a broad range of industries enhance their data privacy capabilities
Lead and manage business development activities including origination, qualification, capture and relationship development
Lead development of written and oral client proposals
Lead, attract and retain multi-discipline, and multi-region teams





Basic qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams to shape, sell, communicate, and deliver data privacy engagements.
Subject matter expert on Canadian and international privacy standards and regulations eg PIPEDA, HIPAA, GDPR etc
Extensive experience developing and implementing privacy requirements frameworks and auditing IT environments for privacy compliance
Extensive experience performing privacy gap assessments and reporting to C-suite on privacy risks
Experience leading the business development and sales capture process with extensive leadership contacts
In possession of, or able to qualify for, Canadian security clearance



Preferred Skills:
Minimum Bachelors degree
Industry recognized Professional Security certification (eg CIPP)
Experience working for the Big 5 consulting firms is highly desired
PMP preferred
Ability to lead a team and counsel others is a must
