Infrastructure Engineering professionals analyze, design and/or build infrastructure solutions.

Job Description
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
Provide operational leadership and resource management role for the Network team for the day-to- day support for multiple clients.
Lead & Facilitate outage investigation/restoration of service to Network Environment.
Organize any conference call, meetings, etc. needed to facilitate the investigation of outages/problems and the subsequent restoration of service.
Communicate status of outages to management and the client teams on the status.
Drive detailed network design documentations, and technology migration strategies/integration plans for solutions.
Responsible to Maintain an accurate inventory of Network Infrastructure.
Establish, monitor and evaluate system metrics to enhance team performance and efficiency adherent to organizational and client SLA and OLA requirements.
Participate in group capability, staffing requirements, and potential new deal reviews.
Assist in resourcing, scope of work, and reporting discussions.
Help formulate Best Practices and deploy standard repeatable build outs and security tools management processes.
Manage relationship with equipment/application/tool vendors and ensure they are meeting all service levels and responsibilities.
Work with the onshore & offshore network resources Perform as an internal escalation resource for network issues.
Monitor vendors release notes & Accenture Architecture Team (NDA) notes and plan necessary patching and upgrades of various network equipment.
Work with other technical tower leads to deliver the services end Review Team load and assign resources to Projects.
Motivate the team to be responsive to client requirements and issue.
Work with the network team resources to help them create Priorities and work with them to ensure achieve the Priorities.


Basic Qualifications
15 years of Network Support and/or Architecture experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience
Ability to meet travel requirements based on business need

Preferred Skill Requirements
Proven ability to manage own workload, priorities & deadlines and to work independently without supervision
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to manage teams
Strong organizational skills.
Experience in understanding detailed solution design documents & diagrams (Microsoft Word & Visio) Evidence of drive and the will to succeed.
Experience in Fortigate Firewalls, Palo Alto Firewalls, VMWare NSX, Brocade Traffic Managers, Arista Switching Cloud experience desirable (ie, AWS, Azure, Google)
