Overview of North America (NA) Marketing + Communications (M+C)
The North America Marketing + Communications team shapes and activates marketing and communications strategies across the marketing lifecycle that fuel growth for Accentures $20B+ North American market (United States and Canada). Its cross-functional team drives category brand positioning in the North American market, curates end-to-end client experiences to drive the local growth agenda, empowers and positions Accentures leaders, and engages and inspires the companys North American people, recruits and alumni. It positions Accenture in the heart of local innovation, business and technology communities and champions programs for equality, inclusion and diversity within Accenture North America and the communities it serves.



YOUR ROLE: North America Internal Sites, Digital Marketing Marketing Manager



We are looking for an experienced digital manager to join our growing North America (NA) People Experience team, part of Marketing and Communications (M+C) at Accenture.



As a member of The NA People Experience M+C team, youll work closely with the NA People Experience M+C Leads and other Global / NA / Market Unit (MU) key stakeholders to produce and distribute digital-ready priority interactive content, using our new approach to internal communication, that that helps curate a cohesive and engaging experience for our people.



You will be responsible for managing our online internal portal, which should provide the best user experience for our NA people, providing relevant, timely content that is aligned to strategy and purpose. Keeping an eye on a cohesive user experience across all touchpoints for our people is key, for example: containers need to align with content types for better usability and overall functionality. Our internal portal needs to be a one stop shop where our people (of all levels) can get to the information they want when they want it. We are diving deeper into audiences needs and wants with better targeting, clearer messaging, and more insightful data to help our NA people be successful, to have guided decisions and develop optimal solutions to support success.



Responsibilities:





+ Managing the NA internal portal UX, acting as Webmaster with responsibility for content dissemination, working closely with relevant M+C stakeholders/CIO/agencies.



+ Ensuring up-to-date, targeted audience distro lists for all NA audiences.



+ Preparation of optimization reports based on data from digital channels and advising on optimal time of day, day of week publishing based on message types.



+ Working closely with the NA People Comms lead on the operational prep and delivery of digital mailer communications on behalf of NA Leadership Team, Market Units (as needed) and other key senders.



+ Managing the timely update of online org charts, leaders on the move, etc.



+ Collaboration with NA/MU Comms leads to ensure our voices are represented across channels: Portal, Digest, News Roundup, Yammer and Teams.



+ Helping to drive a strong storytelling/narrative approach across the locations to position leaders, programs and our people in a way that builds a concrete and lasting communications strategy for the business using a variety of formats, including: interactive content, virtual experiences, message creation, messaging support, campaign strategy and execution and targeted email/portal article development.



+ Working closely with broader People Experience M+C teams to help create interactive internal messaging/toolkits/templates and collaborating with NA/MU Comms leads to provide measurement reports and optimization strategies.



+ Managing the content development through SAAS tool to help guide and manage our content calendar and content creation process.







YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications





+ Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field



+ A minimum of 7 yrs of experience in Digital Marketing



+ A minimum of 7 yrs experince in internal and or external communications





Professional Skills





+ Highly proactive with a flexible and collaborative work style. Must be able to manage through ambiguity.



+ Ability to develop and apply creative and ingenious solutions to complex issues.



+ User experience expertise based on persona preferences.



+ Strong project/budget management skills.



+ Thrive working in intense, deliverable-driven and deadline-driven environment.



+ An Interactive ninja - social and web page + video and audio production content skill set.



+ Creative innovation skills and experience in measuring impact/metrics evaluation. Able to create insights for optimization from data, not just data reporting. Proactive in making optimization recommendations.



+ Needs to be a self-starter with an unflustered style and a highly collaborative nature.



+ Needs to be able to take guidance and coaching, ask sensible clarification questions and present solutions.



+ Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian



+ Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
