Overview of North America (NA) Marketing + Communications (M+C)
The North America Marketing + Communications team shapes and activates marketing and communications strategies across the marketing lifecycle that fuel growth for Accentures $20B+ North American market (United States and Canada). Its cross-functional team drives category brand positioning in the North American market, curates end-to-end client experiences to drive the local growth agenda, empowers and positions Accentures leaders, and engages and inspires the companys North American people, recruits and alumni. It positions Accenture in the heart of local innovation, business and technology communities and champions programs for equality, inclusion and diversity within Accenture North America and the communities it serves.



YOUR ROLE: North America People Communications Locations Specialist



We are looking for an experienced people communications specialist to join our growing NA People Experience team. Youll work closely with the NA People Communications Lead to support in providing strategic counsel, communications program planning and execution of priority people communications to the Market Unit (MU) locations. Youll support the development and help drive an integrated MU locations communications plan that informs, engages, and inspires our MU people in their home locations. Youll also support in the development, production, promotion, and measurement of groundbreaking communications strategies that drive our North America and MU business priorities and create a culture of innovation, inclusion and belonging.



As NA People Comms Locations specialist, youll support our NA People communications lead and MU People Comms leads to produce priority written and interactive messaging and content, using our new approach to internal communication, that helps curate a cohesive and engaging experience for our NA people.



We have 'one purpose' for allrelevance and focus are critical, as our purpose will be expressed at a very personal, local level. User-generated content is keythe purpose is what our people see in themselves and their work.



Responsibilities:





+ You will collaborate closely with NA/MU Comms leads, ensuring our OMD voices are represented across channels: Portal, Digest, News Roundup, Yammer, Teams, Experiences, and where applicable, email.



+ Support in driving a strong storytelling/narrative approach across the locations to position leaders, programs and our people in a way that builds a concrete and lasting communications strategy for the business using a variety of formats, including interactive content, virtual experiences, message creation, messaging support, campaign strategy and execution and targeted email/portal article development.



+ Work to ensure MU locations people communications content supports the NA/MU business priorities, leadership tone/style and NA/MU narrative messaging.



+ Work closely with broader People Experience M+C teams to help create internal messaging/toolkits/templates for local office comms and collaborate with NA/MU Comms leads to provide measurement reports and optimization strategies, creating repeatable local office experiences.



+ Create concise MU communications messages and ensure best practice governance for production/content briefs



+ Support NA local office internal activations and provide guidance and best practice on comms to office moves/openings.



+ Ensure up to date distribution lists are in place to ensure targeted and timely local office communications.



+ Work with NA Crisis Comms Lead to manage MU-related crisis communications as needed.







YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications





+ Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field



+ A minumum of 3 yrs of People Communications experience with a track record of delivering results

+ Ability to develop and apply creative and ingenious solutions to complex issues.



+ Superior oral and written communications skills and presentation skills.



+ Strong project/budget management skills.

+ Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
