Job Description:


Accenture LLP has multiple openings for Oracle Advanced Application Engineering Manager positions in Atlanta, GA to use modular architectures, next-generation techniques, cloud-first and mobile-first mindset to provide vision to App Development Teams. S/he will perform the following duties: Design and develop solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns (15%); create innovative and differentiated offerings, staying relevant and in sync with market demand (10%); interpret key business problems to identify value areas (10%); perform systems management and integration functions (10%); plan implementation strategy for migration to Oracle eBS (5%); develop and direct Oracle eBS software system testing; structure and implement flexible solutions (15%); identify, leverage and drive early adoption of next-generation integration techniques to build responsive, flexible software with smaller, reusable components for consumer devices (5%); partner with stakeholders in a differentiated real time feedback environment (i.e.Liquid Studio) to update application components per client needs (10%); lead/execute/support the delivery of quality functional/application designs and technology solutions (5%); drive/work with a modular approach to application architectures using a cloud-first, mobile-first mindset (5%); and implement and utilize engineering innovations such as Agile and DevOps (10%). Positions are based in Atlanta, GA, but domestic travel to client sites will be required 75% of average work week.

Basic Qualifications:


The position requires at least a bachelor's degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, or Engineering (any), plus 5 years of post-baccalaureate experience in IT, including the following professional experience: 5 years applying modular architectures, cloud-first and mobile-first technologies to develop and modify applications based on client requirements; 5 years developing and directing Oracle eBS software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation: 5 years fixing defects/performance problems discovered in testing; and 5 years planning implementation strategy for migration to Oracle eBS.
