The work:

+ The Oracle CX Solution Architect will be responsible for defining the Oracle CX solution including alignment with business processes

+ Technical architect, change management, and user experience.

+ Primary responsibilities will be focused on defining the solution, driving client workshops, and managing the technical workstream.

+ The candidate will need to be client-facing and can serve as a subject matter expert for key capabilities such as: Incentive Compensation, Territory Management, Sales Coaching, Gamification, and Analytics.

Heres what you need:

Minimum 3-5 years experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Experience (CX)

Manage technical workstream including configuration, integration, conversion, and testing

create solution blueprint for projects

Create solution blueprint for projects

Manage and support conference room pilot (CRP) workshops

Ability to estimate effort and create proposals

Minimum of bachelors degree

Minimum 5-7 years experience in Sales Force Automation, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Experience

Minimum 3-5 years experience with Oracle Sales Cloud and Oracle Service Cloud

Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills; process oriented.

Ability to manage teams and processes globally.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Must be able to accurately compile and synthesize both quantitative and qualitative data.

Ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

Strong attention to details and the ability to multitask
