You Are:



The Paid Media Campaign Strategist is responsible for providing front line world-class service to our clients while also ensuring the successful management of campaign operations. This role supports the senior account team members to ensure that client deliverables are met and also working closely with our delivery team to ensure that accounts run smoothly. You will serve as the internal and external knowledge experts and consultative business strategists on all things paid media.



The Work:





+ Serve as liaison between Marketing Operations and the day-to-day client contacts as well as internally between Client Services & Delivery



+ Develop, manage and maintain partnerships with day to day clients while honing skills in communicating strategically with more senior level Client contacts as needed



+ Support AD in communicating with Clients regarding new product launches (internal and external), business opportunities and Client service issues



+ Help AD develop compelling proposals for up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and actively grow account revenue by demonstrating excellence in campaign management.



+ Responsible for onboarding and continuous training of Delivery team



+ Partner with Sales/Product Marketing on project briefs, case studies and ensure consistent delivery and collaboration on objectives throughout projects



+ Work closely with Product on scoping new product offerings and provide client feedback on current features



+ Manage day to day relationships with relevant supply side partners to ensure smooth delivery of Marketing Operations services



+ Collaborate with campaign delivery teams on campaign strategy and execution by following and evolving processes and standards



+ Coordinate campaign execution between client, delivery, and other internal teams



+ Analyze data and assist in creating insights for reporting



+ Participate in client calls and in person meetings, presenting when appropriate



+ Participate in formal business reviews with key clients



+ Test campaign objectives feasibility, checking into specs, platform capabilities, etc.



+ Oversee campaign pacing to maintain desired spend delivery throughout campaign flight.



+ Work with the Delivery team to perform optimizations within campaigns to maximize KPI results.



+ Continuously assess pod processes with the mindset of becoming more efficient and cutting down on the number of human errors.



+ Must be willing to work East coast business hours







Heres What You Need:





+ Bachelors Degree



+ Minimum of 3 years experience in a consulting, professional services or large-scale IT or marketing department



+ Minimum of 2 years experience with data interpretation and presentation



+ Minimum of 3 years of Paid Media experience



+ Minimum of 5 years of advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint
