The PSMM oversees and manages all of the Paid Search Media for The Stables biggest clients, ensuring that campaigns are innovative, up to standard and driving bottom-line performance for the client. You will work closely with the Media team of a Premier Google Partner agency ensuring that client campaign management tasks are being followed under the direction of the Associate Media Director.






The Work:

+ Become a Stable resident expert on paid search platforms (Google Ads including Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Shopping & GDN; and Microsoft Advertising); maintain platform certifications, push for advanced strategic uses of all platform tactics and technology

+ Assume ownership of The Stables clients with the largest monthly spend

+ Set up targeting, build, restructure and set up campaigns in assigned product channels

+ Build ad copy and extensions for the campaigns

+ Enable machine learning (Smart Bidding), automation frameworks and scripting within channels

+ Provide excellent client consultation, guiding strategy calls explaining complex paid search methodologies clearly and concisely, with the ability to manage expectations and priorities

+ QA setup and The Stable checklists of best practices for campaigns

+ Pacing and monitoring of all assigned campaigns; adjust if needed to remain in budget parameters

+ Maintain data accuracy within The Stable reporting structures and dashboards

+ Monitor and adjust proactive and reactive optimizations

+ Bring up new campaign and tactical execution ideas and opportunities to internal client leads and Director of Client Strategy

+ Monitor, report and perform analysis on assigned campaigns

+ Creating and implementing campaign A/B test experiments to identify optimal campaign settings

+ Developing strategies across all marketing channels to improve client goals ( eg. CPA, ROAS) and achieve maximum efficiency

+ Other duties as assigned










About our Direct To Consumer team:

+ We are innovative, data driven eCommerce experts with a best-in-class technology, creative, design, marketing and Amazon services capabilities

+ Our clients are some of the fastest growing and most well regarding digital first retail brands in the US













Here's what you need:

+ A minimum of 2 years professional work experience in media, marketing or communications role, with at least 2 years experience in paid search, higher preference to previous agency experience

+ A minimum of 2 years experience using Google Ads Editor and Microsoft Advertising Editor to make account changes/optimizations

+ A minimum of 2 years experience with Google Analytics goal set-up, conversion tracking and reporting









Bonus Points If:

+ Bachelors degree in marketing, statistics, computer science, business or equivalent experience

+ Current certifications in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Google Analytics at time of hire

+ Database proficiency for data entry, extraction and report creation, as well as data analysis skill set, with an understanding of cause and effect relationships

+ Proactive self-starter with problem-solving mentality in situations with limited information/data

+ Intellectual agility with an ever-learning mindset and superbly analytical!

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Albany County, NY, California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below.

California $54,500 to $145,100


Colorado $54,500 to $125,400


New York - Albany $50,500 to $116,100


New York City $63,100 to $145,100


Washington $58,100 to $133,500
