People in the Corporate Function career track contribute to the running of Accenture as a high- performance business through specialization within a specific functional area, and grow into internally focused roles by deepening their skills and/or developing new skills within an internal functional area.

Human Resources professionals develop and execute HR strategies, programs and services across one or more parts of the employee lifecycle to attract, develop and retain a highly engaged and differentiated workforce that enables the execution of human capital and business strategies.

Job Description

+ Enhance our D&I work to date, partnering with the Global Head Of D&I to build, and deliver on a comprehensive strategy to improve inclusion, equity, representation, and the successful building of a diverse agency.

+ Develop, manage, and implement diversity, equity & inclusion programs, with a focus on education & awareness, and measurement.

+ Have experience in driving change, in either a professional or significant voluntary capacity, in diversity, equity, and inclusion

+ Conduct industry research to help the D&I team keep ahead of best practices and trends, identify gaps and opportunities and use them to inform the development of our programs, and recommend appropriate changes to policies and practices.

+ Act as an internal subject-matter-expert on diversity, equity & inclusion trends, and data. Use said knowledge to partner with the Global Head Of D&I in teaching internal training sessions.

+ Partner with Global Head of D&I to launch and maintain supplier diversity program for the agency

+ Track and report on relevant metrics both internally and externally to ensure were making clear progress, implementing solutions when progress stalls.

+ Be a visible and inspiring diversity, equity, and inclusion educator and champion, communicating regularly to the company on all things related to D&I.

+ Serve as a safe outlet (in addition to HR) to employees, focusing on engagement strategies for diverse talent, providing a safe space to raise and resolve issues, and building personal narratives around diversity.

+ Continually test new ways to develop programs and take a creative approach to I&D.

+ Provide effective support, guidance, and oversight to Employee Resource Groups and their leadership teams, ensuring alignment and integration of D5 action plans, budgets, and programming with business and D&I goals.

+ Collaborate to identify and manage relationships with Diversity & Inclusion conferences, professional organizations, and other events that engage diverse talent

+ Maintain a close partnership with the recruiting team focused on referral generation and ongoing pipeline development.

+ Be a consistent voice of diversity and inclusion during key cultural moments.

+ Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion as a member of the D&I

+ Measure, track, and analyze the effectiveness of internal inclusion initiatives and predict future trends in our inclusion efforts.

Basic Qualifications:

+ Minimum of 5 years of developing and advancing diversity and inclusion strategies for measurable results in a Corporate and/or Retail environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication

+ Creative Agency experience

+ Experience building and iterating a ground-up, multi-year D&I strategy

+ Collaboration and Teamwork: works with others to deliver results, meaningfully contributing to the team and prioritizing group needs over individual needs

+ Commitment to Results: consistently achieves results, demonstrating high performance, and challenging self and others to deliver results

+ Extremely flexible: proactive, highly organized, and able to shift priorities, multi-task, and handle heavy workflow processing.
